The formal lounge is located on the upper level of the holiday house, which includes classical art works, comfortabble furnishings, a gas fireplace and sliding patio doors leading to the balcony that overlooks Llandudno beach. From the rest of the living areas, glass sliding doors and American shutters open onto the landscaped garden with it’s large crystal blue swimming pool, barbeque area and terrace for outdoor dining and koi pond. This area enjoys magnificent beach views.

Villa Nicky boasts five fully equipped bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms can be found on the first floor and both have balconies with stunning sea and mountain views.
