Sunset Villa, the elegant Bali Style Villa is located in a quiet sul-de-sac and is only a five minute stroll to Llandudno beach.

All four of the bedrooms face the sea and open onto a balcony. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Bedroom two and three have comfortable double beds. The fourth bedroom is quite large and includes a double bed, a kitchenette and a TV. There are three bathrooms in this holiday home.

The open plan living room benefits from a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This room also opens onto a balcony with amazing views. The dining room features picturesque mountain views and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything a self-catering vacation home would need. There is a seperate study which also has a gas fireplace as well as an ADSL facility.

The swimming pool is situated in the lush garden close to the outdoor entertainment area with a barbeque.

Housekeeping service the villa four days per week – included in rates. There is also an alarm system with Security Response and a dounble garage for guests to park their cars.
